Beverage Applications

Beverage Fillers and Manufacturers are constantly looking for ways to improve efficiency, waste, glass packaging designs and reduce labor costs.

Beverage Fillers

Glass Manufacturers

Working in tandem with Sensor Wireless’ Active Wireless Sensor Technology, Agent Quality Control (AQC) provides a custom wireless, or remote, "in line" solution that identifies potentially harmful, yet preventable, impact and vibration on beverage filling lines, glass packaging and glass manufacturing facilities.

Sensors installed in a replica vessel (a.k.a - a bottle), as specified by our customer's, through internal engineered drawings, allows us to develop a system specially designed to meet individual needs.

AQC can be placed in line with other vessels or bottles and will move uninterrupted though the facility with other vessels, all the while transmitting data to a remote handheld computer. The user can then view data and receive programmable alerts on what is happening to their brands, as they are being filled, packaged or accumulated.

Data is shown instantly, allowing customers to quickly identify problems or proactively determine where a problem may develop in order to: reduce waste in the supply chain, improve the incidence of line shut downs, or reduce set up and calibration times.
AQC can be used in most primary, secondary and tertiary packaging operations without interfering with, or having to shut down, plant operations.
